Planning begins with initial meetings between us and our clients. these meetings are used to define what you as the owner are needing from your project. With this information a building square footage can be determined and the process of determining a building footprint and location on your site can begin.
Once a foot print is established we can develop floor plans and elevations for your approval and preliminary budgeting. This is one of the most exciting aspects of the planning process, seeing your building for the first time on paper and how it directly correlates with your needs and input.
With an approved floor plan and elevation we involve our highly experienced design build team of designers and subcontractors to develop how the building will be built and its associated costs. In conjunction a detailed set of specifications are prepared for your review outlining what will be on included in your project.
Once a complete set of plans have been developed they will be submitted to the appropriate municipality for review and ultimately the issuance of a permit allowing construction to begin.
Whether it is a ground breaking or the first studs being stood on your fit-up this is a great experience for both you and us. From here we schedule regular site meetings to keep you up to date on construction progress. Upon completion we deliver the project ready for move in.
